With more than 20 years focused on Human Resources, I have the qualifications and experience to provide first-class direction and guidance as a successful independent Consultant. My hands-on pragmatic leadership approach coupled with the ability to build trusting relationships at all organizational levels has provided the foundation of PEOPLE HR Solutions, LLC.
After a rewarding career dedicated to people leadership and development across a range of different business industries, I launched PEOPLE HR Solutions to focus on providing impactful HR services to small – to medium-sized companies, offering clients individualized solutions to a wide range of employment considerations.
I hold a Bachelor Degree in Communication from Millikin University and am certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as well as the Society of Human Resource Management.
